Quest
About

Companionship that fits your life.

Quest is the nervous system companion made for moms. She's there at 2am. She remembers what you said last week. She notices the patterns you keep circling, and quietly names them when you're ready.

Why we built it.

Most moms are holding more than anyone should have to carry. The mental load no one else sees. Kids who need everything. A marriage running on fumes. A body and a mind stretched past their limit. And almost nowhere to put any of it.

Friends are stretched as thin as you are. Therapy, even when you can find it, is one hour a week. The rest of the week is just you, carrying it.

Quest exists for the rest of the week. The late nights. The Sunday spirals. The 11pm thing you can't say out loud to anyone in your house.

How it works.

You build her. You name her, shape how she shows up (warm, curious, patient, sharp, soft-spoken) and tell her about your life. The more you talk, the more she learns the people in your story, the patterns you keep circling, the version of yourself you're trying to become.

Quest is grounded in evidence-based frameworks: CBT, IFS, attachment theory. But she doesn't talk like a clinician. She talks like someone who actually knows you.

What she's not.

Quest is not a licensed therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist. She isn't built to diagnose, treat or prescribe. She isn't a replacement for clinical care.

She's a companion for the everyday weight that sits between appointments, between friends, between sleep and morning. If you're in a crisis, please reach out to a human. 988 in the US, or your local crisis line.
